These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter "T&C") govern the use of the web application and browser extension Vintify (hereinafter the "Service"), published by Vintify (hereinafter "the Publisher").
The Service provides automation and management tools for users of the Vinted platform.
Vintify is an independent application and is in no way affiliated, associated, authorized, approved by, or officially linked to Vinted, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries.
By creating an account or subscribing to a subscription, the User accepts without reservation these T&C.
The Service allows in particular (non-exhaustive list):
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, add or remove features at any time.
Access to the Service requires the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
Services are offered as subscriptions (monthly, quarterly or annual). Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included). The Publisher reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price charged will be that in effect at the time of order.
Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider (Stripe). Banking data is not retained by the Publisher.
The subscription is automatically renewed for the same duration. The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area. Any month started is due.
The Service depends on the operation of the Vinted site. The Publisher cannot be held responsible in case of technical modification of Vinted making the Service temporarily or permanently inoperative. Such interruption does not entitle to any refund, except commercial gesture at the discretion of the Publisher.
The User is solely responsible for the use made of their Vinted account. Vintify cannot be held responsible in case of suspension, blocking, banning or deletion of the User's Vinted account, or any associated loss of revenue. The use of automation tools involves risks that the User declares to accept.
The Publisher undertakes a best-effort obligation to ensure the availability of the Service, but does not guarantee that it will be free from anomalies or bugs.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution has begun after express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By using the Service, the User accepts the immediate execution of the service and waives their right of withdrawal.
All elements of the Service (software, design, texts, graphics) are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any reproduction is prohibited.

These T&C are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Publisher's registered office.
